The Anxiety Canada website provides online, self-help, and evidence-based resources on anxiety and anxiety disorders and promotes understanding about anxiety symptoms and anxiety disorders through general information sessions, professional seminars and workshops, offered throughout the year.

A key service is "My Anxiety Plan (MAP)" available for Children, Youth and Adults. My Anxiety Plan (MAP) is an anxiety management program based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidence-based psychological treatment that was developed through decades of scientific research and has been shown to be one of the most effective treatments for anxiety problems. MAP is designed to provide individuals struggling with anxiety with practical strategies and tools to manage anxiety. My anxiety plan is offered as self-paced units and lessons online.

Another key service is the MindShiftapp which helps youth and young adults manage anxiety, using step-by-step strategies based on psychological treatment.

Help is offered for generalized anxiety as well as other forms of anxiety such as social anxiety, phobias, hoarding, health anxiety, postpartum anxiety, panic disorder, PANDAS, OCD, separation anxiety and more.
